QR codes on table tents

A table tent faces your guest for the whole meal, which makes it the cheapest upsell surface in the room. Give each face one code and one job: tonight's specials on the side facing the guest, Wi-Fi or a feedback form on the reverse. Print codes at 3cm in matte lamination so overhead lighting cannot glare out the scan, then rotate the offers behind the codes from your dashboard.

1

Two faces, two jobs

Specials on one side, Wi-Fi or feedback on the other. Guests act on whichever faces them, and separate codes tell you which one earns its place.

2

Sells while staff are busy

The tent pitches the dessert special and the loyalty sign-up during the wait, with no interruption and no extra staff time.

3

Rotate offers, keep the tents

Laminate once. Swap the special, the promo or the survey behind the code whenever the menu or the season changes.

Common questions

What size code works on a table tent?+

3cm or larger. Guests scan from 30 to 40cm across the table, under mixed lighting, and the extra size buys a first-try read.

Why matte lamination?+

Glare. A glossy tent acts as a mirror for the room's lights, so the camera sees a bright patch instead of the pattern. Matte diffuses the light and reads from anywhere at the table.

Do specials need a reprint each week?+

No. Point the code at a hosted page and edit it as the kitchen changes. QR Tool keeps the code live, so the tents work as long as the lamination does.
